Concept Lofts - Loft development

SoHo Lofts is developed in the former factory of metal processing machines. It is the first real loft project in Vilnius converting all building, not only it’s part, into lofts. The architectural project uses the structure of the building and it’s environment effectively and provides architects with freedom for projecting non standard spaces. The concept of these lofts communicates the uniqueness of the factory that is dominant by minimalism, neatness, aesthetics and recreational areas made for creative life. (www.soholofts.lt)

Radio Lofts are developed in the former radioelectronics factory ELFA. The concept of the project encourages social communication among it’s residents and development of collective creative potential, that is an attractive lifestyle for people who are young at heart.
